Our Swan Hill Olives® Trees

Elegant, non-fruiting evergreen tree with single or multiple trunks that are light gray and become gnarled with age, forming a rounded crown. Gray-green foliage is long, narrowly elliptic and silvery underneath. Certified fruitless variety is grafted onto vigorous, disease-resistant rootstock. Unlike the Common European Olive, Swan Hill Olives® trees are non-fruiting and produce no pollen, keeping paths, sidewalks, pools and furnishings clean and mess-free. Trees are drought-tolerant once established and provide shade in hot climates. Plant as a single specimen or en masse in residential, campus, public or commercial settings. Useful as a street tree, in large containers or planters, near swimming pools or water features.
